Ed Kennedy - Tech Service Engineer at AFC Materials Group

Ed Kennedy graduated with a BS Textile engineering. He has provided engineering and tech support for the high temp lightweight belting market for 32 years. He has worked at three different major manufacturers of PTFE coated belting. He owned Ravel Technology, a PTFE belting fabricator, until it was sold to AFC. He currently works at AFC.

Don Rabb

Don Rabb - Eastern Regional Sales Manager at Chemprene

Don Rabb has been with Chemprene for 9 years as the Eastern Regional Manager and prior to that with Forbo-Siegling for 10 years in a Sales role. Utilizing these years of experience in LW Belting, he has taken an active role to lend this experience in this teaching role.

Jadwin, Mark

Mark Jadwin - Business Development Manager at MIR

Mark Jadwin has an aggregate 44 years in the belting business, 34 of those years with his current company MIR and 10 years when he was starting out with Beltservice. He is currently a business development manager at MIR but has held multiple positions over the years including VP of Sales for 11 years. Mark is also the director of training for MIR and conducts segments of training for Sales, Customer Service Operations, and the newly developed SDT team. He has been involved with NIBA for more than 8 years.

Eduardo Streinesberger - Vice President of US Urethane Division at Optibelt Corporation

Eduardo Streinesberger is Optibelt’s VP of US Urethane Division and has over 10 years of experience in Power Transmission belting. With a mechanical engineering background, Eduardo started his experience as technical sales and application engineer for the Latin American market focusing on belt power transmission systems in various industries such as Agricultural, Automotive, Mining, Food & Beverage, and Pharmaceutical among others. Eduardo has since specialized in Urethane special timing belts, bringing extensive industry knowledge including engineering and fabrication practices. Eduardo has also created and led multiple technical training programs throughout his career.
