NIBA Annual Convention Expo

The Expo Booth Priority Placement Deadline is EOD Tuesday, July 15.

You can still register after this date, but your booth will be placed in a remaining open space, if available. Don’t miss out!

Attendees say year after year that the number one benefit of attending the Annual Convention is networking. The 2025 Expo is the premier opportunity to meet with business leaders from all aspects of the belting industry.

Exhibit space is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis according to payment date with priority given to NIBA Annual Convention Presenting, Diamond, Platinum, Gold+, and Gold level sponsors. Beginning in mid-July, representatives from the NIBA Program Committee will determine booth locations based on date of payment.

Every effort will be made to keep competitors as widely spaced as possible. Booths will continue to be sold on a first-come, first-served basis through Tuesday, August 12 or until booths sell out.

All booth participants must be registered for the NIBA Annual Convention. The cost of an exhibit space is $1050 USD in addition to the Convention registration fees.

Booth Description:

Each 10’ x10’ booth package consists of:

  • 8’ high back wall
  • 3’ high side drape
  • A 6’ x 30” H draped table
  • 2 Limerick side chairs
  • A wastebasket
  • Booth identification sign
  • Note: Exhibit Hall is not carpeted and booth carpet is not included

Display and Promotion Guidelines: Only belting and belting related accessories may be displayed at the Convention Expo. All displays, signs, and product samples must fit within the 10’ x 10’ booth perimeter. Nothing in the booth shall exceed 8’ in height.

Samples, souvenirs, and promotional items may be distributed from your booth; however, NIBA policy states that cash prize offers are not allowed.

Booth Assignments: The Booth Assignments and Floor Plan are now available! Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis according to payment date with priority given to NIBA Annual Convention Presenting, Diamond+, Diamond, Platinum, Gold+, and Gold level sponsors. Representatives from the NIBA Program Committee will determine booth locations.

Please be sure to include your competitors in your registration details. Every effort will be made to keep competitors as widely spaced as possible.

Cancellation: All Expo Booth commitments are non-refundable.
