2026 Presidential Scholarship Recipients

Caden Busch
John Carroll University
Fenner Dunlop
A recent graduate of Bethel Park High School in Pennsylvania, Caden will attend John Carroll University this fall to study Supply Chain Management while continuing to grow as a student, athlete and leader. During high school, he balanced Honors coursework with a demanding competitive hockey schedule and was elected Captain of his high school hockey team by his teammates. Caden also devoted time to serving others through Camp AIM, Best Buddies and the Jr. Hawks youth hockey program, experiences that strengthened his appreciation for compassion, teamwork and helping others succeed. He credits his family, teammates and coaches with helping shape the values of hard work, integrity, accountability and service that he will carry into college.

Kaitlyn Fenier
Missouri State University

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Kaitlyn is attending Missouri State University, where she is preparing for a future career as a physician assistant. Her experiences as an athlete in field hockey and soccer helped shape her appreciation for teamwork, dedication and continually challenging herself to grow. Personal experiences with physician assistants, including during her own injury recovery, inspired Kaitlyn to pursue a career where she can make a meaningful difference in the healthcare experiences of others. At Missouri State, she is looking forward to becoming involved on campus, building new connections and continuing to stay active through club or recreational sports. With her mother having worked at Beltservice for 21 years, Kaitlyn has also grown up with a connection to the NIBA community and is grateful for the scholarship support.

Hailey Glueck
Arkansas State University

From St. Louis, Missouri, Hailey is a senior at Arkansas State University pursuing a degree in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management and an emphasis in Sales. During her time on campus, she has held multiple leadership positions that have strengthened her skills in communication, responsibility, teamwork and effective leadership. After graduating in May, Hailey plans to pursue a career in medical device sales, combining her interest in relationship-building with her desire to contribute to the healthcare field. She is especially drawn to the opportunity to support hospitals and healthcare professionals with the equipment they need to care for patients.

Nicholas Turek
University of Pittsburgh
AFC Materials Group
Nick is a senior at the University of Pittsburgh studying computer science and business, with professional experience spanning manufacturing, food packaging, financial technology and software development. His internships with AFC Materials Group and Volm Companies, along with his recent work as a software developer at Octus, have allowed him to apply technical and analytical skills to real-world business challenges. On campus, Nick has also developed his leadership and communication skills through Panther Equity, a student-run investment club where he has led teams of underclassmen in analyzing equities and preparing stock presentations. After graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in engineering or operations.

Kenzie Williams
Oklahoma State University

Kenzie is beginning her first semester at Oklahoma State University, where she is majoring in Animal Science on a Pre-Vet track. Her passion for the livestock industry grew through years of showing livestock and competing in speech contests, experiences that helped shape both her career goals and her connection to the agricultural community. Kenzie plans to continue her education at OSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine and ultimately become an emergency veterinarian serving show families, farmers and ranchers. She is especially motivated by the important role animals play in both family livelihoods and everyday life, and she hopes to support owners when they need help most. As she begins this new chapter, Kenzie is grateful for the encouragement of her family and excited to work toward a career centered on service, care and the livestock community.
2026 Memorial Scholarship Recipients

Sarah Koenemann
Kansas State University

Sarah is a sophomore at Kansas State University studying elementary education and hopes to build a career helping children learn, grow and explore their curiosity. She has already put that passion into action by volunteering with and leading retreats for peers and middle school students, as well as working at a daycare. Service is also an important part of Sarah’s life, including an annual week spent helping repair and improve homes for people in need through projects such as roofing, landscaping, painting and window replacement. At Kansas State, she serves as an ambassador for the College of Education and is a former member of the university’s rowing team, while also enjoying intramural sports, hiking and running. Sarah is grateful for the scholarship support as she continues her education and prepares for a career where she hopes to make a lasting difference in the lives of her future students.

Chase Martineau
Kent State University

From Medina, Ohio, Chase is a freshman at Kent State University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. A high-achieving student, he graduated at the top of his high school class with honors while also completing college coursework and participating in numerous extracurricular activities. Outside the classroom, Chase gives back through community service and works as both a dietary aide and receptionist at a local retirement home. He is also beginning to get involved in organizations and societies at Kent State, where he hopes to continue challenging himself and growing as a leader. Chase credits humility and empathy as important qualities of leadership and is grateful to NIBA and its members for supporting him as he begins his college journey.

Natalia Murillo
McMaster University

Natalia is studying Civil Engineering at McMaster University, where she is building experience in infrastructure, design and practical problem-solving through her coursework and co-op opportunities. She also stays actively involved through mentoring, tutoring and athletics, bringing a strong collaborative spirit to both her academic and professional pursuits. A lifelong athlete, Natalia has competed in soccer, track and snowboard racing and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and experiencing new cultures. Music is another important part of her life, and she plays piano, ukulele and guitar, with the harmonica next on her list. Natalia credits her family and upbringing with shaping her appreciation for strong relationships, community involvement and giving back - values she hopes to carry with her as she continues to grow as both a person and an engineer.

Addison Myers
Radford University

From Bland County, Virginia, Addison recently graduated from Bland County High School with a 4.57 GPA and 56 undergraduate credits already completed. She was also a multi-sport athlete in volleyball, basketball and tennis, with her tennis team capturing the state championship this year. Beyond athletics, Addison was active in organizations including Future Business Leaders of America, BETA, Bears for Christ and 4-H. She is now attending Radford University, where she is majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders with plans to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. Addison hopes to begin her career in the medical field helping patients recover speech and swallowing abilities after strokes or other neurological conditions, and later work with children in a school setting.

Fanaa Patel
University of Massachusetts Lowell

Originally from Ontario, Canada, Fanaa is beginning her first year at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she will study Mechanical Engineering. She is motivated by setting meaningful goals and finding her own path toward achieving them. Along the way, Fanaa has learned that success does not always follow a perfectly planned route, and that changing circumstances can often open the door to new opportunities. She approaches challenges with determination, flexibility and a willingness to keep learning as she moves forward. As she begins her college journey, Fanaa is excited to continue pursuing her goals while remaining open to wherever that journey may lead.
