University of Industrial Distribution
NIBA is one of the many sponsoring Trade Associations in the Association Education Alliance (AEA). The AEA evaluates and develops educational products and programs for use by member associations including the University of Industrial Distribution (UID). NIBA members have access to these four-day, distribution-specific trainings that focus on topics such as Distribution Marketing; Branch Management; Sales & Sales Management; Value-Added Selling; Business Leadership; Distribution Profitability; Consumer Psychographics; and, Channel Alignment. NIBA supports the Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) Foundation's workforce development initiative, the Industrial Careers Pathway (ICP).
