Organizational Structure

The Board is composed of the four elected officers: President, First Vice President, Second Vice President and Treasurer; along with the immediate Past President and seven elected directors at large.
In addition, chairpersons of standing Board Committees, Technical, Education & Training, Marketing, Membership and the Program Committee, not otherwise officers or members of the Board, are appointed to the Board. Board members serve annual terms and may be elected to a total of three consecutive terms.
The Executive Committee may act for the Board with its consent.
The Second Vice President serves as Chairperson of the Program Committee and the Past President chairs the Nominating Committee.
The Executive Vice President and Secretary as well as any assistant officers are elected by the Board of Directors.
